Wannalancit Mills in Lowell, MA is a nineteenth century textile mill that runs alongside the Northern canal in Lowell. The Wannalancit Mills consists of four interconnected historic mill buildings which have been converted to first-class office space. In 2006, we also purchased 672 Suffolk Street, which had been unused for three decades, and proceeded to renovate the last piece of this beautiful complex. Fourteen-foot ceilings and enormous windows bringing in abundant sunlight, as well as classic brick and beam finishes, are just some of the unique and classical details the building offers. This historical charm is assimilated with modern amenities such as fiber optics telecommunications, cable for smaller businesses, a cafe, and on-site fitness center.
